Cooper's Hawk ships you a bottle a month. We don't. The Cask Club is about access to bourbons you literally can't get retail — allocated bottles that wholesalers ration to bars, not stores. You drink them here, on-site, or buy them at MSRP when they're available. The membership is the access pass.
We've spent three years building direct accounts with Buffalo Trace's distributor and most of the Kentucky majors. The on-premise channel (bars/restaurants) gets allocation independent of the retail channel. We dedicate our entire allocation to members.
Yes. Month-to-month for Cask and Reserve. Founder's Barrel is annual but you can cancel after year one with 30 days notice — and your locked rate stays locked if you ever come back to that same tier.
Pours don't roll over — they expire at the end of each month. But your bonus pour, themed-night pour, and lottery access all run on their own schedules. Most members visit at least twice a month and use everything.
Reserve members get 1 entry per allocation. Founder's members get first refusal — no lottery for them. Members who didn't win the last lottery get priority weighting on the next one. Every release is auditable. Distillery-direct receipts available on request.
Yes — Cask and Reserve tiers are available as 3, 6, or 12-month gift memberships. Founder's Barrel is by application only and requires the recipient to be approved by the owners (it's a lifetime commitment on our side too).
No — and that's the whole point. We don't sell Pappy by the pour to non-members at any price. The bottle is reserved for members. Founder's tier gets guaranteed quarterly access. Reserve tier gets first refusal on the remaining allocation each year.
Book through the member app or call the bar at least 2 hours ahead. A driver in our company SUV picks you up at your door, brings you to Barrel and Bites, and takes you home when you're done. $15 each way, flat. Service runs 5 PM to 11 PM daily, 15-mile radius, up to 4 guests per trip.
The membership is bourbon-focused, but most member benefits (10-20% food/retail discounts, second-floor seating, member dinners, plus-one perks, skip-the-line, pickup service) work across the whole bar. Members can also trade their monthly bourbon pour for a comparable wine, beer, or cocktail.
Membership applications open now. Tier 01 and Tier 02 start the same week we approve you. Founder's Barrel seats are filling — 34 of 50 remain as of today.
